  • Can I read the Leadership Review, on a phone or tablet?

    Yes you can! The Leadership Review site has been built as mobile and tablet compatibleSo, you can open the website on any device and access the latest issue of the magazine.

    As of 2021, we have also moved across to a new interactive magazine platform; Issuu. With this you can access the magazine articles in a blog format that makes it easier to read on the phone and tablet.

  • How is the Leadership Review, published and distributed?

    The Leadership Review strives to embody its ideals from courageous leadership to sustainable practices. Because of this our magazine is published and distributed electronically every month, to ensure we are minimising our carbon footprint while still providing you with the business content this decade needs.

  • I forgot my password; how do I recover it?

    If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and below the login detail boxes, click on forgot password. This will direct you to a form where you can enter your email address, if there is an account associated with this email address you will be sent an email with instructions on resetting your password. 

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time, by logging into your account, going to subscription and clicking cancel plan. 

  • Am I able to temporarily suspend my subscription?

    You can suspend your subscription for up to one year, and then resume it by contacting our accounts and support team.

  • What is a corporate subscription?

    Our corporate subscription allows a business to purchase one subscription with multiple accounts on it, so businesses, big or small can deliver positive, practical and purposeful content to their whole team at a super affordable price.

  • How do I become a corporate subscriber?

    It’s easy! Just head to our SUBSCRIBER PAGE and click on the corporate selection to view your options. We have plans to suit all businesses, big or small.

  • How do I create sub accounts in my corporate subscription?

    Adding sub-accounts to your corporate subscription is super easy. Log in to your account and click on subscriptions. Inside subscriptions click on the subscription you have paid for, (example: Small Business). Once here you can add an individual account via a share link or you can import a CSV for bulk upload. 

  • I have an individual account, am I able to upgrade to a corporate subscription?

    Currently, it is not possible to upgrade your individual account to a corporate subscription within your account. If you would like to upgrade from individual too corporate, you will need to submit a ticket to our accounts team, and they can help you with this. 

  • I would like to contribute to the magazine, how do I do this?

    That’s great! We love having new and insightful perspectives in The Leadership Review. To get started please email our editors with your idea to [email protected] and we will get in touch with you asap.

  • How can I advertise in The Leadership Review?

    We don’t partner with everyone at TLR, you can read more about who we partner with on our ADVERTISER PAGE. Otherwise please contact us at [email protected] and we will get in touch with you asap.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    The Leadership Review accepts; Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal

  • Do you offer refunds on change of minds?

    Unfortunately, currently the Leadership Review doesn’t offer refund on change of minds. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will be charged for that billing period if you don’t cancel before the next automatic payment. 

  • Do you offer After Pay or something similar?

    Currently The Leadership Review, does not offer any form of, buy now pay later facilities. 

  • Do you sell gift cards or gift subscriptions?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards or gift subscriptions but stay tuned because it is something we are working on.
