Why having fun is serious work!

A recent study in the Journal of Vocational Behaviour discovered a link between informal learning (a great way to pick up new skills that improve their job performance) and having fun at work.

 

Further, the researchers suggested it may not be the fun activity per se that enhances learning, but rather the culture within the workplace that develops when fun is valued.
